Events, specials and seasonal moments

Life at the Kilchrenan Inn follows the rhythm of the seasons.

Menus change as ingredients come into their own, and from time to time we host small events or gatherings that reflect what’s happening in the kitchen, the landscape and the year ahead.

This might include seasonal menu launches, Sunday lunches, tasting evenings, or simply the return of longer evenings and tables by the fire.

We share upcoming highlights below, but the best way to experience the Inn is simply to visit. Whether it’s for a meal, a drink or a stay, we look forward to welcoming you.

If something here catches your eye, it’s always worth booking sooner rather than later.

Easter at the Inn

Over Easter weekend, alongside our current seasonal menu we'll also be serving three specials, built around the first of spring produce.

Asparagus with nasturtium and wild garlic, lamb with broad beans and peas, and a lemon meringue to finish.

These dishes will replace our usual roast special on Easter Sunday itself.

OUR NEW SPRING MENU IS NOW BEING SERVED

Built around what’s available and best right now — from pork cheeks (pictured below), clams with garlic and white wine or Highland venison, to Isle of Mull scallops and our house burger cooked over flame.

As always, the menu shifts with the season and what our suppliers can provide.
