Spring is here, the sun has started shining, and we now have the utterly refreshing Jarl and fruity Sanda Blonde on tap. We are extremely exited to now be serving Fyne Ales on tap as they are not only produced on our doorstep, but are delicious award winning ales made by a pretty cool bunch.
Some go goofy eyed gaga for Valentines, whilst others scoff at the commercialism of 'the day invented by card companies', but there is no denying that Valentines Day inspires us all to show the ones we love how much we care. Whether it be in cards, balloons and chocolates or a simple kiss and a "Happy Valentines Day' its fun to spend a day focusing on the love you share with somebody. We hear many versions of where the day originates from, the massacre!, Pagan festivals, Martyres and of course Hallmark cards, but in the end it doesn't really matter what the history is, it is in our popular conscious as a day to be enjoyed.
Being of the former of the Valentine's groups, cupids arrow has struck here at Kilchrenan Inn and we would like you to join us in celebrating with the people you love and adore. We will be serving a three course dinner with Champagne and chocolates. In our busy lives it can be tricky to make somebody feel cherished so take advantage of that silly day in the calender to make a fuss of the person who makes your world that bit better.

After 19 months of blood, sweat, (and a few tears), we are delighted to announce that we will be opening very soon. Following a complete renovation and new management, Kilchrenan Inn will once again open its doors to the people of the village and those travelling through. What was once a trading post has now been transformed into a unique gastropub offering food, drinks, and rooms for the night. We look forward to welcoming you at the Kilchrenan Inn.
